Our Factory
Our Factory: Metering Solutions Manufacturing Services Limited (MSMSL) is a 20,580sqm state-of-the-art assembly and manufacturing facility, with an installed capacity of three (3) million meters per annum
MSMSL is an indigenous company based in Awa-Nkop Onna local government area (LGA) in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and was commissioned by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo in September, 2017.
The facility produces high-tech smart and non-smart pre-paid electricity meters and meter boxes used in power measurement and revenue assurance locally and within the African region.
MSMSL is staffed by a team of seasoned professionals with international exposure that encourages knowledge and skill transfer as a fundamental part of our collaboration strategy
At an installed capacity of three million meters yearly, we are the largest assembly and manufacturing factory in West Africa leveraging on the collaboration of our globally renowned partners ‘Wasion Group’, ‘Donsuntech’, ‘Kelin Electric’. MSMSL continues to provide local content solutions to the electricity metering challenges affecting the Nigerian power sector.

We, Shenzhen DONSUN Technology Co., Ltd., one leading manufacturer and solution provider in metering, are dedicated to provide the most effective and efficient solution to partners and customers in smart metering, as well as manufacturing solution.
So far, they have established factories for partners in different countries, including Indonesia, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, and India.
From the most comprehensive manufacture process, including SMT, DIP, plastic injection, calibration and testing to the most concise manufacture as assemble and packing, they have the full ready solution.
They offered solution and products are of high quality and compliant with the latest international standards and local Nigerian requirements. Besides providing the most optimal solution, they also give full support to production.
Kelin Electric Co., Ltd, is founded in 2000 and now becoming a national high-tech enterprise. KE principle products include Intelligent Substation Systems, Distribution Network Automatic System, Smart & Distribution Meters, Inverters, HV-LV Panels, HV-LV Breakers and Switchgears, HV combined Transformers, etc. KE has already got the science & technology awards globally. The R&D center of KE has been awarded as “Smart Metering Solutions” from the Enterprise Technology Centre of Hebei Province.
At present, KE marketing and technology service network has spread all over the country and different parts of the world, soecially, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa.
